Doug has been an educator for 25 years, including experience teaching elementary music, middle school music and technology, and library/media.  He has been co-vocal director for Fenton High School’s musicals since 2011. His theatrical experience includes over 30 years as an actor, singer, pianist, director, music director, and set designer.  He has worked with local theatre groups in Wheaton, Glen Ellyn, Elgin, Elburn, and St. Charles. Doug has also performed several shows at Davenport’s Piano Bar & Cabaret in Chicago. He is a lifelong resident of the Chicago suburbs.
